RETURN POLICY for Caraxes Media

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For a valid return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

Exemptions: There are specific goods that cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

  • Items designated as 'final sale' or showing signs of use

 

A receipt or proof of purchase is essential for completing your return.

 

Do not send your purchased items directly back to the manufacturer.

 

Partial refunds may be applicable in situations such as:

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items damaged or with parts missing not due to our error

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

 

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

 

Unreceived Refunds: If you haven't seen your refund after some time:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as there's usually some processing time for refunds.

  3. Check with your bank next.

  4. If all steps have been taken and no refund is seen, contact us at customerservice@caraxesmedia.com.

 

Sale Items: Only items at regular price are eligible for refunds. However, if a sale item wasn't marked as 'final sale', it can be refunded. Items labeled as 'final sale' are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of different sizes within 30 days of delivery, provided there are no signs of wear. For defective or damaged items, exchanges are available. Email us for exchanges at customerservice@caraxesmedia.com.

Shipping:

For returns, mail your product to the address specified by our customer service representative assisting you. Return shipping costs are borne by you and are non-refundable. If refunded, return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may differ based on your location. Using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance is recommended, as we cannot assure receipt of your returned product.
